Twitter suggested by the user is the source of much controversy. However, the underlying logic is sound, even if execution is not: It is a way for users can package that will be interesting to follow overall. A new service called TweepML takes the idea and gives it to the masses.

Basically, if you have used an OPML file to group feeds in your RSS reader, you understand the concept immediately. TweepML takes a group of Twitter users that you choose, package them, and you can share this package with the person of their choice. If the person on the receiving end of loads up the package, which will follow all the people you suggested.
